Bench was good tonight. Didn't know if it would go that well. I missed logging some workouts but everything is good now, and I am still trying to lock down a set schedule for the next few months with the season starting soon. I picked up Wendlers beyond 5/3/1 after putting it down some time ago. I think thats gonna be my new in-season program. Quick, easy, and lots of PR's to stay motivated.
