Not a phenomenal day on paper, but felt good. I have taken WAAAAAAY too much time off. I think this weekend thanks to working from the mount position in BJJ class, my inner thigh area was still fatigued and squats felt as unstable at the bottom as a Mexican space shuttle. I should have went heavier on the squats as I felt much better and by the end the 300 x3 felt easy. My vacation deload has really turned into about a 3 week deload between getting ready to go, not lifting on vacation like I was gonna, and playing catch up when I got back. No excuses, (well there was 3 but whatever) felt good to be back in the saddle again.
