225 (Increase weight next time felt super easy)

Quick one today. I noticed that between going to job interviews and other BS I haven't squatted or logged training (just benching and dead) in over a month. awesome. I had to move quickly because as always I had to get a kid off the bus. Felt fat, disgusting, and out of shape today during jumping and speed work with 225. Hip still bothering me, but technique felt good even though it should have because weight was light. Need to keep doing soft tissue work, stretching, and losing weight. GPP needs work. I thought it was getting better, but felt pathetic today.
