F'ed up my back real bad a couple days ago and I have no idea how. I think I must have slept funny or something but the SSB killed it. That bar always makes me feel like a pussy and I have to gut out weight that I would never on a regular bar. Cut off the GHR after one set and waddled around the gym like an old drunkard with back pain. Also tried one set of Zerchers... not a good idea.
