I hate this stuff, but thanks to technology I can now watch episodes of Magnum P.I. while feeling like a gay hamster on a wheel. P.S. DO NOT take caffeine pill despite being tired because I felt like I was gonna have a MI just from walking!!

Good day today. Despite being exhausted I felt an unexpected burst of energy and had a much better day than I thought considering I haven't dead lifted anything in a couple of months.

Felt great today despite not squatting any real weight. My hip felt 95% or so, I barely felt any pain and my depth was Olympic squat style at times. I didn't feel like my technique was dialed in necessarily, but it has been a while since I squatted. I'll take it for my first day back. I'm trying to work slow enough to get back without an injury.

Smoked today. I haven't slept for a few nights, and I haven't ate healthy in years. Gotta tighten it up cause today should have been a warm-up and I felt like I haven't trained in a year.

Felt Alright. I would estimate my pec "injury" or whatever it is has healed between 90-95%. Time to do some dumb stuff... bench 5 days in a row anybody?
