Felt great today despite not squatting any real weight. My hip felt 95% or so, I barely felt any pain and my depth was Olympic squat style at times. I didn't feel like my technique was dialed in necessarily, but it has been a while since I squatted. I'll take it for my first day back. I'm trying to work slow enough to get back without an injury.

Smoked today. I haven't slept for a few nights, and I haven't ate healthy in years. Gotta tighten it up cause today should have been a warm-up and I felt like I haven't trained in a year.
