Haven't been logging my training lately. I have no competition in sight and my training has only been slightly better than it has the last six months or so. Basically I have just been overlooking it, but my numbers don't seem to be phenomenal. The guys at the gym have been staying on a 3 sets of 20 program. Although I'm not a huge fan, whatever. Its nice to have a good lifting group so I don't mind repping some weights occasionally. To date the best I've got is 250 for 2x15 and 1x20. As long as I don't get injured I'll be fine. Been putting a lot of miles on the sling shot.
