We did some other assistance work, but I forgot what it was. Pretty good day as I did not think my dead was anywhere near 500 and I haven't pulled that heavy lately. I fully expect to hit it soon. I have skipped logging a few workouts, but I plan on keeping a better log now as I am in pretty good shape as far as consistency goes.
