Weird squat day... I felt like I was 23 but my body felt 60. Starting getting some weird pains and stuff by the end of my assistance work. 365 is an absolute joke, but I haven't squatted since I tweaked by back a couple of weeks ago, and I have been inconsistent. As always I had no one to call depth or spot which always turns me into a mental midget.

A1 Bulgarian Split Squats
BW 2x6 Each (felt incorrect)

A2 SA DB Shrug
115 2x10 Each

A3 Pistol Squat
BW 1x6 Each

Getting my glute cramp back, got some weird knee pain from doing Bulgarians like an idiot. Cut it off.
