Neal was in a hurry and we pushed the pace a little bit today and both felt smoked. The SSB made me feel like a real weakling and 6 reps at 225 (I think actually 235 or 245 B/C of the bar weight), made me want to vomit for some reason. Were gonna work this bar for a while.
