Great day overall. I am shocked my dead lift is coming back so fast, but I can't complain. Technique seems to be getting better too although I can not be sure since I have no one to coach me and filming myself is difficult and narcissistic. I missed a squat workout in  here somewhere in my training log, but I know it hit my training max goal of 415x1 and it felt good.
