Training 10/18-11/2

Can't find my training logs for the rest of the month... great. I know I got a bench max finally at Brett's gym and I hit 340. He said it wasn't as fast as I thought it was, but it felt good. Hit all my squat numbers for the cycle. Finished out really crappy this month, got to get it together as we are only a few weeks out from a meet.

Got it about a third of the way up and lost it. Felt like my traps were shrugged and the bar was a mile in front of me. Really horrible position.

 Ran our of gas after I dead lifted. Made a huge tactical error in how much and when I ate as I was horribly hungry during the warm up. I have no food and tried to gut it out... stupid. I am now officially on a deload week. It really has not been a great week or two and I have got to get it together.
