Weird squat day... I felt like I was 23 but my body felt 60. Starting getting some weird pains and stuff by the end of my assistance work. 365 is an absolute joke, but I haven't squatted since I tweaked by back a couple of weeks ago, and I have been inconsistent. As always I had no one to call depth or spot which always turns me into a mental midget.

Getting my glute cramp back, got some weird knee pain from doing Bulgarians like an idiot. Cut it off.

The guys wanted to some mini German Volume training (not quite 10x10), whatever. Time to switch it up a little I guess. My bench seems to be steady climbing and my BW seems to be dropping VERY SLOW, but still dropping, so I'm down for whatever.
