Just OK today. NO pop and little motivation for some reason. I was supposed to get some speed squatting in after the military press, but I warmed up and cut it off. Still tight and sore from this weekend and my back is tweaked from my crappy bed or something. I feel like a mental midget and I think I need a training partner or two. It may be time to face the truth that I don't train as well on my own. The older I get, the mentally softer I am getting. Meanwhile Charlie is spending every minute squatting in the bush getting stronger.
