MB Slams x20
Flip Large Tire
Sledgehammer Hits x20
Flip Small Tire
Keg Clean and Press x5
Flip Large Tire
Atlas Stone Lift Right Shoulder
Atlas Stone Lift Left Shoulder
Atlas Stone Front Squat
Atlas Stone Clean and Press

Took me 8 minutes and something, but I started wearing a belt that choked me out. Fun, but I have got to improve conditioning. Closest I've come to vomiting in a while.
