Ok, Positives; my sumo seems to be feeling better, despite the crappy numbers. I feel much smoother and more comfortable pulling like that. Gutted out some great reps. Negatives; ridiculously fatigued even before I got to my work weight. Been trying to eat better and take care of myself more, I really just think lack of good sleep is killing me but... no excuses. Prematurely ejaculated today.
