Just a horrible week. I have no idea why I am mentally not with it lately. Had a recruit come so I had to clean the weight room real quick, which I found out as I was warming up. That spilled over into the time I had a player coming in to lift about the time I was done warming up. Took an hour just to work up while coaching and by then I was freezing and unmotivated. No excuses though, the failure is all on me. I am gonna use this week as deload since I have basically done nothing. With the impending snow storm, I am also worried I may not be able to train all weekend. The only reason I am logging this waste of time is because the squat felt great. Hip still aches and feels tight, and still isn't getting any better, but much better pop off the box while warming up and technique felt good.
