weird tightening, been pressing a lot lately, decided to cut it off like a vag.

A1 MB Side Raises 2x8

A2 MB Pull Aparts 2x25

Feel like a giant pusscake today. Waste of time even trying to train. The stress monster is creeping back into my life pretty good and I want to field dress him like the filthy animal that he is.
