Good mornings are getting stronger. Squat still sucks and we are not doing anywhere near the the volume I would like. Hip is still killing me and the squats seem to always feel about a hundred times heavier than they should. Gotta get that figured out.

Not a bad day for being up all night. Shoulder felt good. Bench felt good and despite that fact that I didn't even break the 300 pound mark, I still feel like I am successfully weening myself off of the sling shot.
I looked for a 9/11 quote today and sadly, I could not find as positive and patriotic of one as I had hoped. I will not use a quote for today. I will quote myself... This country has become a bunch of pussies and I'm tired of reading quotes for 13 years from pseudo intellectuals that want to suck off Islam and blame America for all the worlds problems and nut cases. We need leadership with testicles today even more than we did 13 years ago and a sissy who people voted for solely based on skin color aint getting the job done. If there are any real men left in politics, they need to step up, my supposition is, there are none left.
