Pretty good day. Got a decent amount of sleep and it showed. Bench didn't really have a good pop, and I grinded them out more than I wanted to but it felt ok. Pec didn't hurt at all. Gonna have to start benching for real soon if I plan on competing this quarter.

Horrible day of dead lifting. My hamstrings were still jacked up from good mornings earlier in the week. Turns out I spent the day sick as a dog so that may have also had something to do with it. No excuses, but this morning was not a  great training session.

Warmed up to dead lift and no F@#king way. Hamstrings are jacked up from good mornings 3 days ago!! Good mornings always do that to me. I am gonna jack my schedule all up for next week, but did a fluff and buff day today and will have to dead lift tomorrow morning.

Not a lot on paper but it killed me. I slept horrible, had five lifting groups, and had to squeeze a workout in between groups. I am still deficient in time management. I would normally start earlier, but my first group is at 5am! I know excuses, excuses.

Felt like more than it really was. Took too long of rest periods and cut my assistance work way short, but it was still a good squat day. Even the low volume and intensity on the good mornings will have me sore for two days.

I am in a weird spot because this week was supposed to be a deload, but I realized that I took too much time off last week so I am getting some new max numbers (hopefully) in the middle of the week. Squat still sucks but its slowly climbing back up. Most importantly my hips feel great and technique feels like its good and getting better. Everything else was just ok. Should have improved much more on the dead lift, but whatever. I now know where my OH press is at.
