Miserable day. Did only a percentage of what I had planned. Glute hurt again today after I thought it was fixed and I had zero energy. I worked 12 hour days all week and got horrible sleep during the day. Hopefully working days and having a few days off for Christmas can help me recharge the battery and get healthy.
