Not a very impressive day. My deload week as always turned into a do nothing week so it was rough getting back into it, especially during spring ball. Squat never felt great. No pop outta the hole, Getting thrown forward so far a couple reps felt like a squat morning. Gotta take the time to warm up better. Everything else just felt like I was out of gas. Hate the higher rep week, but I sort of got through it although again, unimpressive.

Abandoned the plan once I got going. I am actually happy that I gutted out the squat workout but something definitely feels wrong with me. No motivation, no pop on the bar, no aggression. I know I need to stop making excuses, but something is wrong. horrible week. I am going to try and chalk it up to spring ball starting this week and me having a lot of added responsibilities, but I really think that just sounds like me being a mental midget. On a positive note, I didn't think I would make it that high on squats but my back and hamstring feel above 85% or so. Same old BS. Too little sleep, horrible nutrition, stress from everywhere. Gotta find a way to fix these.

Took too much rest and didn't get enough stuff done, but overall it was a good day. Bench is coming back. Smoked 360.  Had a couple guys come in that needed internship paperwork signed and as soon as I sat down for five minutes I was done. I feel my work capacity going up slowly. Even though this does not look like a lot on paper, I smoked myself. I did not do everything I planned, but I am getting much closer. I also put twenty pounds on my squat from last week, but more importantly, my hamstring feels like an irritant and no real pain or limit to the lifting I think. Zerchers are a definite weakness. So far it has been a good week, but it has also been eye opening in regards to how far I have to go as far as work capacity and mobility.

Just a horrible week. I have no idea why I am mentally not with it lately. Had a recruit come so I had to clean the weight room real quick, which I found out as I was warming up. That spilled over into the time I had a player coming in to lift about the time I was done warming up. Took an hour just to work up while coaching and by then I was freezing and unmotivated. No excuses though, the failure is all on me. I am gonna use this week as deload since I have basically done nothing. With the impending snow storm, I am also worried I may not be able to train all weekend. The only reason I am logging this waste of time is because the squat felt great. Hip still aches and feels tight, and still isn't getting any better, but much better pop off the box while warming up and technique felt good.

Been slacking on logging my workouts, but did a meet on December 12th and did OK. Not as good as I would have liked, but did have a 30lb deadlift PR. Honestly my training since then has not been worth logging. I took too much time off after the meet. I am now squatting back on the box with no belt or anything and can not figure out what is going on. I lost almost 100 pounds. Hopefully its just a bad day...
